Psychology Today Profile

Molly is a relational psychodynamic psychologist who specializes in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She views symptoms as signs of buried emotions and internal conflicts that need to be heard rather than managed or suppressed, and is invested in creating a strong therapeutic relationship that will allow you to connect with yourself and others in a more vulnerable way.

As a therapist, she offers a calming and empathic space to identify and rework the deeper patterns underlying your symptoms. Oftentimes, the issues we are struggling with today contain themes that touch on more longstanding patterns. The past tends to repeat itself in the present until it is acknowledged and felt. Unearthing these deeper trends helps us to feel more free to live purposeful lives, and develop closer relationships.

Molly received her PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has completed specialized training in complex trauma and psychoanalytic therapy.
